Let’s face it, we all get stir crazy WFH. Here are my favorite spots to (co)work without the cost of a co-working membership!
First, what’s it take to get on the list?
All places on this guide have been vetted by yours truly for the following requirements:
- Passes the Vibe Check: The space, decor and crowd energizes you. Plus you’ll likely see familiar faces giving the sense of pseudo coworkers.
- Functional: Ergonomic seating, outlets for charging, decent workspaces, quite enough and acceptable to take calls etc.
- Unrestricted Time & Connectivity: No wifi limits, no table time restrictions, extended hours of operation to work a full day
- Open Day and Night: Transforms into evening workspace for a later workday sessions (++ necessary glass of vino)
- Food: Decent food options because pastries and premade processed junk just don’t cut it. (#sorrynotsorry Starbucks)
- Decent Parking: Ideally all spots have a parking lot and unrestricted, ample street parking. NOTE: Some spots were solid enough to list with metered street parking for those without wheels.
